It is time to update!

I am horrible at blogging. We know this. Let's move on.

When I don't know what to draw, I often draw Eric looking sad/disapproving. It became kind of an inside joke. When he would ask me why I always drew him sad, I would say that that is just how his face looks. So, he asked me to turn one of those drawings into something for his work. The plan was to replace an image in this thing he and his coworkers use called Jenkins with an image of himself and see how many of his coworkers would notice. Here is what Jenkins looks like:

Here is what the Eric version looks like:

His coworkers did not notice, but it was amusing to us and that is all that matters.

Blog header supersized

The thing about coloring on the computer is that there are TOO MANY OPTIONS!
I will make different colored versions of the same drawing and just flip back and forth between them for hours to try to figure out which one I like best. So in case you haven't noticed- and I am sure you have- the blog header, here it is in a super exclusive never before seen all-black line work.

I know, so different right? I just wanted to post this image in a bigger size is all.

Florrie!

My secondary toon on World of Warcraft! She's my Draenei Retribution/Holy paladin. She is cuter than my main so I usually end up drawing her more.
More WoW sketchery to come. Don't you dare judge me!

Pencils

Ok, so you've seen the inks, now it's time to see the pencils.
This is how I pencil stuff when I know I don't have to prove anything to anyone because I'll be inking over it anyway.
You can also see how I keep changing my mind.
